Tom has over 25 years of cybersecurity experience, and began his career in the US Army Signal Corps before transitioning to Military Intelligence as a Counterintelligence Agent with assignments in Germany, the US, and Middle East. Tom served his country honorably in both Operation Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Tom is certified as an Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Information Security Manager (CISM), and is Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control.
Jorge Gutierrez has served as the CEO for the BMOC GROUP since November 2011. His passion is to serve others and develop human capital through leadership development and quality of life improvement.
Jorge retired honorably from the Armed Forces and is a graduate of the US Army Engineer School and the USASMA Academy. His education includes a Bachelor of Science and a MS in Management. He served as an Adjunct Professor for Central Texas College where he taught Leadership Counseling. Jorge is a Doctoral student of Organizational Leadership. Jorge is a published and contributor author of The Change 7: Insights Into Self-Empowerment.
