Leslie Hicks

President and Tier 3 Engineer / Hardware Architect

Leslie is the CEO of Cardinal Technology Solutions, Inc. (CTS). He is an IT professional with over 25 years of experience in network administration, technology training, management and customer support. He has proven success in multiple industries with building and managing teams, developing solutions and creating results for both large and small organizations. His certifications in networking, hardware, and client / server operating systems coupled with his experience and passion for technology enable him to present solutions to clients that are both economical and time saving. He has an Associate of Science in Network Engineering with concentration in Microsoft and Cisco products.

Leslie served honorably with the United States Marines and is a veteran of Operation Desert Shield, Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Sabre. His awards and decorations include the Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Unit Commendation, Meritorious Unit Commendation, National Defense Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kuwait).
